Loved the room, and bathroom. Nice location and a 13 min walk to the avenir centre. Felt safe walking back around 11pm. Also thankful for the parking since avenir centre doesnt have any. The only thing I would mention is that you can hear people through the walls. It was busy so understandable.

Comfy bed, clean room. No fan in bathroom. Great pool and water slide but too busy all day and night on Saturday. Rowdy kids in pool no supervision by staff to keep crowd control at pool. Great location to walk to Avenir Centre. Decent paid buffet breakfast.

Loved that the facility has an indoor pool and water slide. Found it quite noisy in the hallway outside the room late at night and into the early hours of the morning from other guests.

After checking in, checked my credit card and was removed over $1600.00 from my credit card. Room was supposed to be with parking about $320. Went downstairs and they said they “clicked” process 5x and that’s why and would do credit asap. Still haven’t seen a credit but they managed to look up my credit card for the remainder of my trip away. Unacceptable

Key cards didnt work after checking in so had to go all the way back to front desk. It was crazy busy i had to wait in line all over again.
Also paying the much for a room, breakfast should be included
