I stayed here during a recent convention and couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in and every interaction smooth and friendly. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — perfect after long days at the event. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, with beautiful views that really showed off the best of Kelowna. We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. It had everything we needed. Our city view room was a large tree with a partial view of the pool by noisy continuous ac unit or something so we did not sit on the balcony. Really pretty walk near the lake. We booked 3 nights and were told we would have to move for the third night due to their overbooking. Check out at 11 and they would store our belongings until check in at 4. Not acceptable-after discussion with multiple staff and finally the manager we still had to move in the middle of our stay but they expedited the clean on the 2nd unit and helped move our luggage to the new room. Overpriced in my opinion for the hassle we experienced. The restaurant was really good. Really cute art gallery with local artist features and Dr Seuss pieces. Parking was easy once you figure out where you are suppose to park, but again expensive.

I have emailed the manager but they have not responded yet.
Our check in was unacceptable and the staff at the lounge bar did not give us the time of day when trying to get a drink while waiting for our room to be ready which was past the 4 pm check in
