Excellent hotel. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and well put together. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was great. Only minor negative was the parking situation - you can pull up to the doors to drop off luggage, but otherwise, it's a short awkward trek up around the corner to the parking garage. But at least it was free for my stay.

Just another average place to stay for a few days. Very close and convenient to downtown. Could walk anywhere. The room door was tricky. Thanks to housekeeper for the tip… not provided by front desk. Quiet room and comfortable bed. The parking should be free if you’re staying there. Also, the wifi really sucked bad. Shouldn’t have to be a Bonvoy member to log on. Simple fix… give you a password and if you”re a customer then you have wifi. Had to sign in to Bonvoy for 3 separate devices. Marriott, you can do better.

Overall, the hotel was just okay. The parking garage was very dingy and didn’t feel safe. Finding the way from the garage to the hotel was confusing and could really benefit from clearer signage. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. That said, the décor felt dated and in need of a refresh. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a small harbour view, but unfortunately the windows were clouded from failed dual panes, making it hard to enjoy the view at all. The bathroom also needs attention—a renovation would go a long way. The shower head, in particular, was very dirty and off-putting. Overall, the hotel feels tired and could use a full update, especially considering the prices being charged. With some much-needed investment, this property could really shine, but as it stands, it doesn’t live up to expectations.
