everything was great but i have an issue with incorrect charges from what the front desk said and was billed on 2 different credit cards for 2 different amounts. i would still stay there but pay very close attention to the charges

Had a really difficult time to sleep as there was literally a hole (big dent) in mattress on my side of King bed. Back pain in the morning from almost sitting in bed and a few days in my vacation
Really disappointed as we always stay at this hotel and never had this issue before. Hopefully, this will be looked at and we can stay there again. Love this easy access to downtown

The only restaurant needs a refresh of the menu. Food was adequate; one lunch order of fish & chips was extremely over cooked.

The room was clean and the linens were fresh but the bathroom shower head was for someone short. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The parking is a little inconvenient but the location is downtown a very walkable.

I’m not sure about the other hotel option in St John, but this place is just “fine”. It feels a little run down. Parking and check in are a little convoluted (in my opinion) since the hotel is connected to a mall. The location is great and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
