DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre Regina

I liked how it wasn't a terrible distance away from shops, food, etc. The staff was friendly, and even had a good sense of humor when we checked in and out. The experience was very good and I will definitely be back.

Tv directory and service is terrible.

We stayed two nights, excellent hotel. Great breakfast. All the staff i interacted with were terrific.

Service was excellent, staff were very kind. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Just disappointed for such a nice hotel that there was no microwave in the room

This hotel had a great location for the purpose of our visit. It was walking distance to where we needed to go. I definitely wouldn’t feel safe walking alone though based of the population that surrounds the area. We also requested an adjoined room and were told no problem but when we checked in it was not the case. We weren’t even on the same level. Thankfully they were able to change one of our rooms so we were at least on the same level. The other room check-in was frustrating as well and the staff member was being difficult when it came to finding the name on the reservation. I forgot my toothpaste and the front staff at night was able to supply me with some.

We loved our stay we could let our friends know too.

How convenient the location was .

Parking is very limited, especially if you have a large vehicle. There was no parking left at all, except underground which my suburban couldn't fit in. I asked if we could cancel they said we'd still have to pay. So we had to sit and just wait for someone to leave.

Good stay but dinner on Sunday night with 8 of my family members at the hotel restaurant was absolutely terrible. The quality of food was terrible. We sent the fish and chips back as it looked and tasted worse than a frozen fish stick out of the freezer. There were many issues with the quality of the food that night, which my wife discussed with The hotel manager so hopefully the hotel will do something about quality of the restaurant food.

Finding hotel entrance from inside the parkade was a bit tricky

The stay was good. Food was good. The only thing was there was very little to no conditioner and no body lotion at all.

I had a very pleasant check-in experience and was given a delicious warm cookie to enjoy! A lovely way to welcome guests! My bed was comfortable and the towels were thick and soft! My only issue was that I had to wait at least 5 minutes for the hot water to kick in when I took a shower. Although on the day I checked out, it was fine. I had a great checkout experience with very pleasant staff and they kindly stored my bag for a few hours. I will definitely stay here again! 😀😀😀

Great hotel! Rooms were clean and spacious, and staff were great. Parking was limited.

Stayed there two times in one month, as I had to come down for meetings, a beautiful place to stay, clean and welcoming, loved the hot cookies served as an extra touch of love upon check-in. Love the big open concept and the multi-living room feel in the lobby. Also love the Starbucks on site!

Stay was good but had to wait over an hour for room to be ready. Was told 1/2 hr to 45min but took longer than that. Was there for a medical appt and planned day around check in time of 4pm.
