We had a kitchenette room. Would be nice if there were above sink shelving or cabinets so you could add cutlery and a few more glasses etc. bathroom should also have a couple of drinking glasses in it.

The noise from the strreet plus that of construction nearby. Also i had to remind for room services repeatedly to fullfill their duty. Also they did not give in higher floors that I had requested. They said for the expedia reservations thre give only upto 6th floor. It was not worthy of $400+ per night that i paid.

Location is great, close to downtown and shopping. Pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable for our two children. Rooms could be cleaner and updated. Strong odour of dog in our suite, staff were to bring up air purifier which never did come to our room. In Room is overpriced in my opinion.

Avery good stay but a few problems with housekeeping. One day was definitely our fault but on the second day we were just missed out. Quickly sorted out, though. Valet parking wonderful.

A guy from their Engineering department knocked on our door at 7:25am by mistake and nothing heard from the Hotel except a voice message left by their Manager confirmed this accident was by their staff. In addition, the bathroom is too small, my husband was hit right on his head by the door handle when he was on the toilet and I tried to open the bathroom door. Do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was not friendly, our room wasn’t cleaned, the bedroom in the suite is so small that you can’t open the closet door all the way and you have to shimmy sideways to walk around the bed. For $600 a night I expected better.
