The staff at this place is incredibly welcoming and accommodating when there is an unexpected changes of plans. I highly recommend this place due to the incredible service most of all and convenience to the airport and train station.

Absolutely loved our stay here !!! Don’t listen to the bad reviews came here for my anniversary and expected a sort of okay stay because of the reviews but the staff went above and beyond. Loved Dana she was super friendly and made our stay awesome as English speakers

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern with all the amenities. 3* as my dinner delivery arrived at reception and they were told they need to leave the food there vs taking it to my room but reception never called to let me know.

The room was cleanly but that is about the best that I can say about it. The air conditioner was extremely noisy with a very loud fan that could not be adjusted. The hot water ran out while I was having a shower in the morning. The door was difficult to close properly - someone even tried to enter the room while I was in bed but was stopped by the door latch. The bed was far too soft and dipped in the middle making sleep even more difficult than the air conditioning allowed.
That said, the service personnel were very friendly.

Hotel is in a great location for the airport. Didn't like that bottled water is not available in the room for the coffee machine! Guest must go to the lobby for water.
