Great place to stay! Hotel was clean, had a great breakfast and the waterslide was really good

The staff were not very friendly at check-in. My husband and brother in law, loved the slide. The sausages were cold at the continental breakfast

Lady was rude when we came to check in. Yes, we were early, had full intentions of going somewhere for a snack and drink-but still snapped at us saying very condescendingly “check in is 4:00…..it’s not 4:00 yet”. Also we had to get our tv re-booted which took awhile. Loved the waterside-kept the “kids” entertained!

Property was not clean, common areas like elevator were not clean and room had strange smell. Bed and pillows were not comfortable

Type of Stay: Vacation I recently stayed at this hotel with my friends for a vacation and had a mixed experience overall. The good: The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The average: The room itself was okay—clean but nothing special. It did the job for a short stay, though some updates would be nice. The not-so-good: The washroom was definitely a letdown. There were no hooks to hang towels or clothes, which was really inconvenient. The bathtub was quite small, and water ended up spilling out every time we showered. Also, exhaust fan was not working properly or may be too slow. The property in general feels a bit dated and could use some renovations. Also, while it was nice to have access to a hot pool and swimming pool, the water didn't feel very clean, which was a bit off-putting. Overall: This place has potential, especially with such good service, but a few updates and better maintenance would make a big difference. Overall Average Experience.

It’s a convenient location and comfortable stay.

Front desk was very sweet and kind and helpful. My room was by the elevators, I could hear every single ding and voices. The shower lever didn’t work, so I had to use the bath. The room door lock was almost broken and not safe. The breakfast was good but the line up and area was total chaos.

Very nice and friendly staff

Not what we were expecting for the price. Staff were friendly and accommodating, there were nice clean large rooms but the room had very limited furniture, for example provided fridge and microwave but no separate sink like most hotels with a similar set up, only two reusable cups, and only two towel hooks for four people / 4 towels…with the size of room it could have been set up to accommodate 4 people better. The hotel was full and could not keep up with the hot water supply, our water was like luke warm at the hottest point our entire stay.

I love amd I enjoyed my staying at this hotel. Staff are great friendly amd hospitable.

No shampoo in room. To shut blinds you had to crawl across the bed as closings were pn wrong side. Had to ask to replenish things at breakfast.

Great option for a somewhat decent price. Free breakfast and free parking were appreciated. Clean room and very convenient location for shopping/dining. Will stay again!
