The hotel looks simple & basic, nothing fancy and we're fine with that. It was kept very clean. The outdoor slide was fun, the pool & hot tub water could be kept cleaner if I really had to mention something. Customer service throughout the facility was great, every staff was friendly and able to help me with my questions. Breakfast was decent, but the scrambled eggs would've been better without the dried parsley. They ran out of english breakfast tea bags unfortunately.

Our room had a large, noticeable black stain right at the entrance. It also hadn’t been properly vacuumed—there were crumbs on the carpet when we arrived. The front desk said housekeeping would return to re-clean, but when we came back, nothing had changed. Additionally, the air conditioning unit rattled loudly when turned on, and both the conditioner and body wash bottles were empty. We’re very disappointed, especially since we gave the team a chance to address the cleanliness issues, but it seems no real effort was made.
It was a very tiring night due to the constant rattling noise from the air-conditioning unit. We tried calling the front desk five times, but no one answered. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.

They cancelled the reservation 5 mins before check in..saying they are overbooked. It seems they don't prioritize bookings done through expedia.
They gave alternative reservation at subpar hotel , i had to accept the alternative booking they had done at another hotel as it was too late for the day to book myself.
Poor experience with them.

When we asked for a few extra chairs to be sent to our room, we got told that they had no housekeeping facility within the hotel and we were supposed to go grab a few chairs from the buffet ourselves
