Everything was great. Would like to see more coffee pods (we only had 3) and directions for the machine...not intuitive.
Also had a connecting room and you could hear everything that was going on next door. Luckily they were pretty quite, but it had potential to be a troublesome.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff, food, bar, and valet service were top-notch. Everyone gave us special attention. Ensure you factor in more money for parking at $60 a day and the breakfast buffet at $56 per person.

The hotel is obviously fancy and naturally dated. Things are getting a little old and crusty, not old and luxurious. We showed up at about 3:30 for check in, the room was not ready until around 5. (1 hour late when we have 2 kids) The pool/gym was nice, but only open till 9, and no hot tubs so I noticed a few other moms also refused to go swimming in cold water. We went to dinner and our room (608) was like half a km walk from the front desk. I am disabled and me and my daughter were like struggling to run to the room cuz we had to go pee so bad, and the stupid wooden door key wouldn’t work, we were only given one.

Our stay was lovely but i thought the room was a bit shabby. The bathroom needed new caulking around the tub and the desk chair was ripped. There were no blackout blinds.

Love the history behind the fairmont chateau Laurier…its beauty and elegence transcend you to a different time and the old world charm makes you feel connected to the past. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and activities. The room was clean and tastefully decorated in keeping with the early 1900’s vibe. The location is perfect for enjoying all the festivities that Winterlude has to offer. The pool although a bit too cold in temperate was very large and very enjoyable for my kids. We will definitely be back!
