We really enjoyed our stay, the staff helped us quickly solve a small issue in our room. The pool was huge and the location was walkable to the Byward Market. Highly recommend!

on arrival the Valet Gordon was amazing. All through our stay he was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel bell staff struggled with the influx as we checked in but got all our luggage to our room once the rooms were ready and even shuttled the luggage for second room from room 1 quickly for the the kids. Dining was great, Cafe and Pool was amazing, The La Terrasse was excellent to sit and watch the world go by as the sun set on our Castle adventure as the grandkids called it.

The parking lot here is extremely small, and there was no available parking when we arrived at night. The nearby parking information provided was also inaccurate. The room is very outdated, especially the bathroom, which felt quite old. The only good thing was the location.

The facility has not been maintained very well. Our room had corners with grime in them. The desk phone didn't work. The desk power plugs were loose and faulty. The desk chair's leather was torn and badly scuffed.

Great hotel in a very good location. Parking was full so we had to park across the street for $30/ day. TV in the room needs to be updated to HD so that we can access all of the streaming services.
