Great hotel. We chose to upgrade to the executive floor on arrival which allowed a late check out and access to the lounge which included food. Great view out our window. Mountains in the background. Watching planes come and go.

Very understanding when I contacted them that we would be a late arrival .The front desk was very polite,friendly and compassionate.

Great stay at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport. Everything was excellent, aside from pool temperature. They could spend a bit more on heating the water, it was not confortable enough to stay more than 30 seconds.
