This hotel is perfect! The rooms are super clean and comfortable and nice. The large bath tub is so luxurious to bathe in. The location being in the airport makes it so convenient after a long flight or if you have an early flight. You don’t have to worry about catching a cab or an Uber. The staff is very helpful and the restaurant downstairs is really nice and the good is great!

This is actually one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s definitely luxurious and the staff was kind. We were worried that we were arriving in the middle of the night, but they were there to greet us warmly. They are definitely environmentally conscious which was a plus and even had wooden room keys. We had a beautiful view from our room and we could see planes landing, and taking off right outside the window! We enjoyed a quiet night sleep and the beds were super comfortable.

Ok in most aspects, but literally messed up every aspect of dinner. Slow service, wrong drink, left out main ingredient of seafood pasta (lobster), and undercooked the tenderloin. Ruined the meal essentially. Offered no compensation other than a free dessert which we declined. Pretty pathetic for a Fairmont!
