Loved the location and ease of accessing the airport. I literally took the elevator to the United check-in. A porter wheeled the luggage down for me. Super easy!
The in room dining staff was awesome! The food was terrific.
The only flaw was in the restaurant. The hostess gave me a fantastic table near the windows. I ordered coffee and juice which came quickly. Then I waited and waited. I did not get a second cup of coffee for a long time. Nor did I get my breakfast for almost an hour. Several groups that came in after me got their food. I only got my food, simple oatmeal, after my waitress checked with the kitchen. No explanation was given for the long delay.
In spite of this, I had a wonderful stay and will stay with them again.

Ok in most aspects, but literally messed up every aspect of dinner. Slow service, wrong drink, left out main ingredient of seafood pasta (lobster), and undercooked the tenderloin. Ruined the meal essentially. Offered no compensation other than a free dessert which we declined. Pretty pathetic for a Fairmont!
