We have stayed here a few times and this was the least attractive room so far, but still a lovely room and kind service. Note that there is no fridge as the mini bar is weighted.
The experience at this hotel is so fun with the airport view! Love the planes.
Pillows and sheets are soft. Towels are high quality. We will stay again.

Liked that it was perfectly located at YVR Vancouver airport. Room was spacious and well appointed. Room was well soundproofed from airport noise.
Didn’t find the bed comfortable, too hard. Toilet ran on after use. No bathroom mat, which necessitated the use of one of the two large shower towels supplied as a substitute. Liked our meals in the Pacific Room, but expensive.

The room and check in was great. The restaurant/bar area was questionable. It was very busy and we couldn't find seats. A nice couple who was at a seating area for 4 people, invited us to sit in the seats they weren't using. The server would NOT allow us to sit in the seats saying that they don't allow mixed groups!
