I stay at the fairmont fairly often and typically it is top notch. This time however the standard was not the same. There were no coffee cups in the room, usual snacks weren’t there - all replaced by pringles, lamps/coffee maker not plugged in. Just little things that take away from the perfect stay I’ve come to expect.

I had reserved a king size no feather room. They did not have the room. I had booked the room several months in advance so there should have reserved the room. They told me I would receive a $50 dollar credit on my next stay. I was good with that.
