We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and nice. The view from our room was amazing. My 5 year old whose obsession with planes couldn’t take his eyes off the runway. Seeing planes up close was such a highlight of his trip. Conveniently has shopping outlets located within 7mins drive.

Absolutely love staying here when we fly. It is an exceptional hotel and it is worth the price. You literally walk out of your room into the departures area, so great if you are flying with kids. They also have a great kids pool. Fairmont has a very high standard.

Very practical location at the airport. Miserable rigid service at the restaurant. Arrived late due to horrible traffic jam, chose this hotel over competition solely because of having a restaurant. Then I couldn't even it at. Chose a meal as quickly as possible, waiting to get it, leave, and eat it at the hotel room, because my son wasn't allowed to be in the restaurant after 10pm. Was there 20 minutes before and 5 minutes after. We were not sitting at a bar, there was no adult program (no drinking, no striptease, ...), just local regulation that managed this. We were done and just waited to get the meal and leave. So we were repeatedly asked to stand up from the table and move a few meters out, waiting for the food while standing up. From that spot, we would see everything that was happening just as well as if we sat at the table, if anything was happening, which it wasn't. Ridiculous rules for serving international community right at the airport. What am I paying for? If I want zero service and be kicked around like a dog, I can choose a cheaper hotel.

While I absolutely love this property for the upscale but friendly nature, the safety and privacy, the comfort and cleanliness and the absolutely awesome staff and convenience there were a couple of drawbacks I wish someone else had mentioned. Would it have stopped us from stay there? No way… book your stay here for sure! Just know that some rooms have only the lightweight doors for the bathroom, not the real actual solid doors. Also, the peek-a-boo doors from the bathroom to the main sleeping area was so bizarre. BUT the shower!! The shower head is awesome; so much water it’s incredible! It was sooo nice and the service was incredible. Book it.
