We stayed at the Fairmont prior to an early morning flight. Check in was seamless. Room was clean and prior requests were honoured.
Our ONLY complaint is the louvered “windows” in the bathroom. Otherwise, 5 stars !

Very convenient for a 10 hour airport layover. Staff friendly, however a few issues. Water temperature in shower did not get completely hot - this was one thing that I was so looking forward to, after my 12 hour flight from Fiji. Also, I asked for help with luggage upon departure - but no one showed up. Had to lug four pieces of baggage single-handedly. Finally, reception did not provide me with a receipt upon check-out, indicating that since I booked through a third-party provider (i.e. expedia), this was not available. However, I paid at property and not through the third party provider, so this should have been provided.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very kid friendly, and the food was delicious. My only complaint would be that the front desk staff need to educate themselves about the Disney shuttle to the port. They told us we had to go half way across the terminal to catch our shuttle. When in fact Disney sets up a table at the end of the bridge-way, right next to the elevator, to register for their shuttle. Luckily a fellow passenger enlightened us and saved us from a huge headache and unnecessary stress.

While this hotel could use some updating, the location can’t be beat. Being right in the hotel terminal was an amazing experience. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Perfect decision before an early morning flight.

Very practical location at the airport. Miserable rigid service at the restaurant. Arrived late due to horrible traffic jam, chose this hotel over competition solely because of having a restaurant. Then I couldn't even it at. Chose a meal as quickly as possible, waiting to get it, leave, and eat it at the hotel room, because my son wasn't allowed to be in the restaurant after 10pm. Was there 20 minutes before and 5 minutes after. We were not sitting at a bar, there was no adult program (no drinking, no striptease, ...), just local regulation that managed this. We were done and just waited to get the meal and leave. So we were repeatedly asked to stand up from the table and move a few meters out, waiting for the food while standing up. From that spot, we would see everything that was happening just as well as if we sat at the table, if anything was happening, which it wasn't. Ridiculous rules for serving international community right at the airport. What am I paying for? If I want zero service and be kicked around like a dog, I can choose a cheaper hotel.
