The hotel restaurant was lovely and the food was great. The location was perfect—right by the waterfront with lots of dining options to explore. Our room was clean and spacious, which we really appreciated. The only downside was on our last day there was no toilet paper in our room, and even the main floor bathrooms were out. Aside from that, we had a very good stay.

I don’t think I have been to a hotel with customer service as great as this. We had an issue with the wifi not working which eventually required changing rooms but the staff did everything they could to find and correct the issue before having to move. When we did end up moving they came to help us and made sure we were comfortable in the new room. The hotel was $$ as it’s right by the waterfront but I feel it was worth the $$ for sure especially being so close to the water and the great customer service. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant both mornings of our stay (not included) and the food was great. Would def recommend staying here if wanting to be close to the harbour.

We couldn't find a parking spot one day and then our key wouldn't work. These things happen but the guy on the desk gave us a free breakfast. We had gone to breakfast the day before and it was excellent. When we went for the "free" breakfast it wasn't good at all.
Sorry we did this as we were going to go out somewhere else for breakfast and were sorry we didn't.

The check-in was fast with friendly staff. The property and rooms were quite clean and maintained. Bed was very comfortable for a good night sleep. It is within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and the harbour front area.

Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean and well supplied.
Great food options for dinner but happy hour 3-6 appetizers and drinks limited. When we got our bill it was the wrong one so pointed it out to server. Plus our appetizers weren’t half price. We didn’t point this out.
Our server seemed very stressed but we felt it was due to working alone on a holiday. We tipped generously hoping to improve her mood!
