Clean and spacious room with quality bedding and furnishings. I was impressed by the restaurant within the property and had an excellent meal.

Great space, great location. Comfortable room! Enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids!

Hotel is very clean and quite, very friendly staff

Property wasn't far from downtown Moncton, gas stations, restaurants, etc. Staff was friendly. Location has an ice machine and a snack nook- to purchase snacks from the front desk. They also had a restaurant built into the hotel. The room was pretty clean, only a couple of critters in the bathroom and i didn't receive a signage indicating I didn't need the room cleaned. I thought nothing of it, and went out for the day. I wasn't thinking and didn't expect anyone to come into my room otherwise I wouldn't have left out some of the items I did. I was on the bottom floor which was easy and accessible, however, I noticed a couple of times people walking outside my window. A good experience overall and close to many amenities.

We did not get our room cleaned even though we were out of the room from 8:20 am to 4pm. However front desk staff were great. And there was a laundry facility

We had a great weekend

During our stay, the elevator was out of service the entire time. While the staff kindly assisted with our luggage, I had to use the stairs multiple times. This would usually be manageable, but I’ve been undergoing physio and treatment for knee, foot, and lower back pain over the past few months. Had I known about the elevator issue, I would have chosen different accommodations. The staff were courteous and did offer to move us to a first-floor room upon request. Unfortunately, that room had significant wind noise and didn’t feel fully prepared. A small gesture, such as complimentary breakfast or treats, would have gone a long way, especially seeing many guests struggling up and down the stairs with heavy luggage. If the elevator had been functioning, I would have rated this stay five stars. The room was quiet and we had a great rest overall. However, the lack of proactive communication or meaningful follow-up made the experience disappointing. I recommend calling ahead to confirm all amenities are in working order, especially if you have any mobility or medical concerns.

Staff really nice, elevator was not working and they did bring all of our luggage in the room. what I don't like usually there is bottle of water in the room , the clock on the desk was not there no microwave and usually there is 2 robe in the closet none was there..I go there a lot and those things were ..missing. I wish the manager could put those things back. Shopping was easy many place to go, restaurant very good

Goos job to the staff. Great room and services. Would like to have a pool, but it is ok.

It was a great property. Price was a bit expensive, especially when you can only get in at 3, but other than that, it was great!! We would stay there again.
