Four Points by Sheraton Point Edward Sarnia

That was our first time to four points in Canada and we would definitely go back. The room was clean and we were able to upgrade to a room with a full/ hideaway couch, that was greattt. Great job everyone your a #1 in our books.

Apparently, this hotel has been fully renovated, however, they were indicators that corners were cut. Doors, for example, either were not replaced or are already showing damage. I had a room down the hallway from the front lobby. The lobby, music, modern pop, resonates all the way down the hallway, partly because of the volume (somewhat high) and probably speaker replacement in the lobby. The room backs out onto a beautiful back lawn with large patio that, come the summer months, will apparently be one of their selling points. The sliding door to this area is, however, permanently locked with no other windows available for opening. Very odd, very stuffy, And speaks to the lack of design savvy in the context of what travellers want. Overall, a three out of five, and not a high three at that. More like a 2 1/2.

The cost was very competetive and didn't represent the high valued accommodation we received. Boston Pizza in the motel was great. The new pool is the best in Sarnia. Rooms were new, modern and really comfortable beds.a real steal.

Our stay was great. Newly renovated and super clean. Staff was super friendly and provided great suggestions on dining options.

Front desk staff and service staff were amazing. Bar and restaurant operated conveniently later hours so could grab a good pizza and drinks after many restaurants close by had closed. Room was nice with super comfortable bed.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, brand new, sup r clean and front desk is absolutely fabulous… after staying in several hotels in the past 5 years in Canada, I have to say this one is amazing… and guess what…. Not even expensive. If you are coming to Sarnia… this sis the hotel (family, personal, business)

The lack of bathtubs with the new Reno was really upsetting. At least then upgrade the spa with a sauna and a hot tub.

Wonderful clean, newly renovated, my go to hotel 8n sarnia

The renovation done on this hotel since changing brands is incredible. The lobby/restaurant and rooms now look great. Staff were very polite.

Very professional and upscale

We had a very pleasant stay, the room was spotless, comfortable bed, quiet, and the desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Did not get the room as afvertised...no where to sit except the bed and an office chair in front of a credenza where the tv is located directly over it Patio doors that did not open and we were on the ground floor...a man walked by and was lingering around at least 4 times in the early morning hours on the 2 ft wide sidewalk so we needed to keep the curtains closed. The tv did not work except for the hotel info channel and pay channels...no local or regular tv (for one day only) then it was fixed. There was an indoor pool but the room looked like there was a haze in there and the chemical smell was very strong. We let them know we could not swim so they opened the doors to refresh the room and get rid of the smell but it was about minus 10-15 that day so it was freezing cold in there. The last day (day 2) the maid knocked on our door to clean at 7:30 am...wow way too early i went to the door and told her we would check out at 11. At 10;30 am while i was 1/2 dressed in the bathroom she knocked and walked in. No knock then a brief wait at all just a knock at the same time as opening the door luckily i had my undergarments on! I told her that was inappropriate especially after her waking us up before 8 am! All in all the worst experience i have ever had at this hotel chain! I for one will never return there or ever recommend them😳

Clean and nice,

Hotel was very clean. Pool area was maintained. The only concern and was nothing to do with the hotel. People go in and out of their room several times early in the morning and cant get back to sleep.
