Four Points by Sheraton Point Edward Sarnia

The pool area was extremely hot, it made it almost unbearable for parents to watch kids in the pool and was u healthy especially for those with asthma. The front concierge forgot to provide the breakfast coupon which I was not told anything other than to attend at the Boston pizza. This led to me walking out of the restaurant and getting stopped to pay. I had to get the coupon from the front desk and provide the waiter. It was very noisy with the hallways and people above my room. Lastly there was what looked like boogers behind the bathroom door in my suite

Good service and clean, great

The Sheraton in Sarnia is always a nice place to stay. It is a very clean environment, the pool has good hours 6am-11pm, there is also a 24/7 gym. The staff are very helpful (I walked out and forgot my key card but they were able to let me back into my room without a hassle). The staff was also knowledgeable about the events going on in the area. (I went for a revelree music festival). They also have a Boston pizza that’s usually open until midnight. During my stay the bands I came to see were also staying at this hotel, and I saw them at the bar in BP which was really cool! Didn’t bother them tho bc I know they want to enjoy their stay too. It was just overall a nice stay! I would definitely say it’s fairly priced stay for the amenities and level of cleanliness. Everything was in working order durring my stay.

Stayed for a weekend and it was absolutely pleasant. Staff at the front were very welcoming. Staff at Boston Pizza were very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. Housekeeping was great. We didn’t expect our beds to be made after our first night. That’s was such a pleasant surprise. We will definitely come back to this location.

Clean and cozy

Staff was friendly, one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Our room was right infront of the elevator and thankfully we didnt hear anyone outside of our door. Minor issue is their toilet paper really sucks. The restaurant attached is nice and breakfast was good.

Very nice design of the rooms. The renovation was a success! Our room had a great view of the gardens. We enjoyed our breakfast! Many options to choose from. We would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to family and friends.

The staff at the front desk were lovely and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed. But it was very dark and humid. The pillows and bedding seemed wet and even with the AC on, the humidity didn’t seem to change. Lots of hall noise.

Great hotel and fully updated. The king room barhroom very small & the beer fridge tiny why a 4 star rating. Stayed in a suit facing the bridge and it was great. No complimentry breakfast hurt the rating too

Happy hour, pool and food all good. Was hoping for a tub

Loved the hotel. Very comfortable. Staff was amazing and very accommodating to me and my husband. Most definitely will recommend this hotel for travelers or just getting away for an adventure with your spouse.

We had a comfortable overnight stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia. The room was clean, the bed was cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for a quick stop—would definitely stay again!

We arrived to the Point Edward hotel on July 1 from the U.S. This happened to be Canada Day. Upon check in, the reception clerk let us know that there was music and fireworks happening in the Centennial Park nearby. The park is a good distance walk from the hotel but there was street parking closer if you wanted to drive. We did not dine at this hotel as we were only there for one night, but the had a Boston Pizza Restaurant that had dining in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Meals were not included in our stay. The hotel pool was spacious and clean and had plenty of towels and chairs. The fitness center had a couple cardio machines, some more common machines you'd find in gyms. There were 4 pieces (leg press, leg extension, a chest press, and one I can't remember). There was also a dumbbell rack, adjustable benches,mats, a water dispenser, and cleaning materials. We are a family of 5 so we need an extra bed in our stays and they were able to accommodate us with a room with a sofa bed. Staff offered to make up the bed for us if we wished. I thought this was a nice touch. The only complaint and the reason I deducted a star was our room was right next to an equipment room that made a whooshing sound (kinda sounded like pigeons) for about 2 seconds and it happened about every 30 seconds to a minute. It was continuous for the duration of our stay. My kids kept asking what it was every hour. Thank goodness we had brought ear plugs to help with sleeping.

I travelled for business to Chatham, decided to check out Sarnia. Stayed at the Four points, nice hotel with swimming pool and gym. I gave them only 2 stars for the room because my room was located at the back of the building and was disturbed by the loud music from the time we checked in at 6 pm to mid night. I drove 4 hrs , was extremely tired but couldn’t sleep all night, because of the loud music. Apparently there was some kind of a music festival going on in Sarnia. Spoke to front desk and was told everyone knew about the festival but I am not from Sarnia and had no idea about this. It would have been helpful if the hotel informed me about the noise. I would have drove back and stayed in Chatham. It was brutal all night and I think I deserve a full refund from the hotel.

Air conditioning was sub

I liked everything. But last time we were there we went for breakfast. The eggs were not what we had asked for. This time they were short a server had to wait 45 min for our breakfast and even though we told them that we weren't satisfied last time .Again the egg's were not done as we asked. We just wanted was to have our eggs cooked through no juice solid . So going forward we won't do breakfast

The hotel was wonderful, the staff was AMAZING! I think Kim checked us in, she was superb. The only item is the pool seemed a little dirty, had some sediment settling at the bottom. Other than that- what a wonderful experience, and we will be back! :)
