Four Points by Sheraton Saskatoon

The room was fine, but the bed was like sleeping on the floor - hard as a rock! Our bathroom was in disrepair, broken tiles on the floor, rotting door jamb. The desk chair was peeling and uncomfortable

There was consistently a hum in room, sounded like a pump in the distance.

I had one of the worst experience staying at Sheraton Four points Saskatoon. I regret of booking there to stay overnight in between our travel. I had a uhaul trailer packed full of household stuffs, i specifically asked their front desk staff as to make sure it’s safe to park my vehicle with the trailer there, they were told it’s a good spot as it’s facing towards the surveillance camera and they never had break in issues in the past. Unfortunately we became the victim, next day shockingly noticed all over packed 2 suitcases, kids toys, appliances, and our personal belongings all stolen. They were visible on the camera’ surprisingly their CCTv’s only use if like this event ever happen what a joke !!! This had ruined our entire trip and terrible experience to add on to this, the room which they have provided, air conditioner wasn’t working well all night. I should say this Manager ; responded after i called them, and brought this to his attention he told they have been notified by the staff about this, in a general statement told “ In saskatoon it’s common to have this kind of incidents “ and he reimbursed the money i paid for stay. The reason i paid extra to stay in there just because i felt they have reputation and also do have security system but all my hopes weren’t true. I don’t recommend people to stay in here especially when your moving your belongings with the trailer’s etc.. “ We were mugged at their Premises “

The Four Points Hotel is very quiet, easy parking, and convenient for local restaurants. Thank-you.

Very good and clean hotel

The tiles were all cracked in the bathroom. There was only two towels.

We liked the easy parking and the quietness of the hotel. We also liked the view from our window. Thank-you.

The location is great. Lots of stores & restaurants are within walking distance.

Bed was quite uncomfortable. Felt like feet above head and shaky. Holes in walls in hallways and room. Elevators had garbage on floors.

We had a good stay, comfortable beds. We noticed a lack of towel bars/hooks. The one hook we had was loose and about to come off. It had already been moved to the left about 2 inches from the original spot. Apparently someone doesn't know how to use a stud finder.

We got a huge gorgeous room that I wasn’t expecting

Deeply Disappointed – A Disgrace to the Sheraton Brand Date of stay: June 7, 2025 Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Saskatoon for one night and paid over $200 for a room that left us feeling completely cheated. The condition of the hotel was shockingly poor and nowhere near the standards expected from a Sheraton-branded property. To begin with, the furniture in the room was extremely rundown. The writing desk chair was so worn out and damaged, it looked like something salvaged from a garage sale and should have been thrown out long ago. The sofa and side tables were equally shabby, giving the room an uninviting and neglected feel. It was genuinely uncomfortable to sit on any of the furniture. The bathroom was no better – several floor tiles were badly cracked, posing a safety hazard. It looked as though they could break further with the slightest pressure, which made using the bathroom feel unsafe and unsanitary. The condition of the public areas was equally disappointing. The carpet in the restaurant and other shared spaces was heavily stained and worn out, reflecting years of neglect. It’s hard to believe this property is still carrying the Sheraton name – it felt closer to a budget roadside motel than a reputable hotel chain. I’ve attached photos with this review to highlight the appalling state of the property. Great staff and service!

The hotel was decent, beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were a weird colour and filled with kids late at night - nothing to do about that and it looked much cleaner in the morning. Not a fancy stay but very comfy sleep.

Staff needs to be trained on customer service. Water slides are NOT turned on when the sign says they are suppose to be. A lot of broken fixtures, including the emergency phone in the pool area. This is not one of the hotels we normally stay at but decided to try it. We will not be back.

I would seriously take a look at replacing the bed. In the room I was in the bed springs were shot and really uncomfortable. Based on that I would not recommend this hotel.
