Not likely to stay again. The hotel beds are quite hard. The elevator is extremely loud, heard it throughout the night. There is no sound proofing in this hotel and the doors slam loudly. On the positive, it was fairly clean and the front desk service was very good. Note to hotels that cater to large groups of youth sports: Sound proof your hotels and monitor behaviour. The kids were not the issue during our stay. One of the parents or couches had the room next to us and he was incredibly rude. 6am in the morning he is loading up equipment and luggage on a cart and is slamming everything down and the door was slamming ( as the hotel doors do, rather than softer close, over and over again. This went on for more than half an hour. No one got to sleep past 6am in that section of the hotel (Room 309 area).

I drove from 3 hours away, paid in full for my reservation two weeks in advance. Forgot my credit card at home for the $50 security deposit and the girl at the counter argued with me for 15 minutes and kept asking me to call someone to borrow their credit card. Finally she said “I guess I can take a cash deposit but it will be $300”. She proceeded to pull out a well used roster of people who had paid their deposits in cash. I had to ask her 3 times for a receipt when she reluctantly printed off my reservation and hand wrote “$300 cash deposit as one time exception”. She only accepted after I pointed out that she had my money in full for the reservation. This is clearly an exception they are allowed to make and this individual was a disgrace to customer service. I travel to Brantford several times a year and I will never return to this hotel. Use the Marriot in the same parking lot. They are always incredible.

Mini sticks everywhere and fired-up kids running the hallways and slamming doors even though there are “warnings” at the front desk. Just words on paper😡

Excellent staff and cleanliness. Always asking how our stay was and if we required anything. Very safe and lot's of parking even with the adjacent hotel next door. The location is out of the way but excellent location for those who have business or a conference in the industrial area. It is less that 10 minute drive to the Gretzky Arena

We had a good stay and we enjoyed the pool.

This place was gorgeous with an amazing breakfast. The only sad part is the pool is kind of small and there is no hot tub, other than that its great.

Staff was really nice and everything felt comfortable. Only request is to bring a hot tub back.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shower in my room was not working properly and I was moved to a different room. I experienced the same problem. At this point I was too frustrated and annoyed to be changed again. I was staying one night so I used it as is. It was not draining well and water was coming from the top and bottom.
