I gave this property 4 stars because everything was great EXCEPT for the pillows. They were really, really bad and you completely sink into them. I tried to sleep on my stomach and the pillow was suffocating me lol. Despite multiple reviews complaining about parking, it was very easy and was located on property. No issues at all with it, maybe things have changed since they were written? Included breakfast had variety, and location was great and nice and close to everything.

It was fine, a pretty standard hotel stay. The cleaning staff were on it, and they had a palatable breakfast in the mornings, better than most continental breakfasts I have had at other places.

The staff were really nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms should be cleaned daily or at least restocked with towels and garbages emptied. The pool area was offer out of towel and the floor were very dirty.

We understood the delay in checking in at 4 pm with the concert. However ,we returned to the hotel at 1230 am and none of our keys would open the front door and we had to wait outside pounding on door for 5-10 minutes. I stay at hotels about 100-120 nights a year,for 30 years, and have not experienced that before.

Hotel was good. Location was close to lots of restaurants and sights. Room was fine. Really enjoyed the outdoor terrace and breakfast. Understaffed at the desk which was annoying for how busy it was. Friday afternoon check in during high season and only one clerk at the desk is unacceptable.

Check in was difficult and staff wasnt pleasant on check in. Other customers at the time were complaining about lack of service and over charges as well. No proper parking to check in and unload when the dock station is busy. Parkade was confusing and room to drive when entering and leaving was nerve racking as its hard to see around sharp corners for on coming traffic. I was charged 7 different HST (most said misc...) from 2 rooms. I wasnt given a parkade sign for my vehicle during check in and in the morning i had a note on my car to move it or be fined. Check out was easier and a more friendlier staff member but couldn't explain all the HST charges properly except saying hotels are different. Room was nice, clean, comfy and inviting. Enjoyed the sleep. Did not like trying to figure out the elevator with the key card. Overall not worth being charged $500 a night per room with shady side motel service. Would not go back again.

quiet safe walkable distance to waterfront

Parking is not included. It is extra charged $27 per night! Parking is next to the building which is not very well maintained. There was a very bad smell near to the elevator. The worst was the breakfast buffet wich is served in disposable tableware. You have to drink hot coffee in a paper cup, or take your warm food in a paper plate. The forks in disposable wood were useless as forks. We found that they could affort better tableware with the price they charge per night. The only good point it is walkable for activities in downtown.

Overall the hotel was fine but check in took almost an hour. The hotel was probably understaffed and so rooms weren't available fast enough for everyone, but we waited in line for 30 minutes just to check in at the desk, and then another 15 before a room was ready and received keycards. Hotel staff were kind but not moving quickly at the desk. Room was good and location is great overall

The staff of the hotel were very helpful and accomodating. We encountered a few issues which were pretty quickly resolved by the staff. The breakfast is really awesome, it's great to have a more substantial breakfast included each morning. I would stay there again!
