On the individual options, I didn't rate a 5, because this is a not a 5 star hotel. However I gave it 5 stars on a summary because it's 5 stars for the purpose of an affordable overnight hotel for those early flights. It's super affordable, the staff are very friendly, the free shuttle is so convenient and you are at the airport in 5min. The restaurant/lounge is decent, affordable and has several options. Ammenity hours are great, and although the rooms are not extravagant- you can tell they keep them clean and they have recently renovated. Overall, it was the perfect choice for our early flight. Got a good night's sleep, free breakfast, free shuttle and made it on time for the early flight.

I like being able to park the car and not think about it for two weeks till i get back. The staff for check in wete gtmreat and couldn't do enough. I didnt like the slamming of doors all night but that is not the fault of the motel.

We had a nice stay. Room was nice and inuded free breakfast and 2 weeks of parking. Great value and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Hotel rooms are good for what you pay. Nothing special. The Hidden Gem Restaurant however, the prices are high and the food is so subpar. Would not recommend eating here, seemed dirty, and our food came to us cold. Unfortunate, my group of 4 all spent $50 on a meal that I wouldn’t spend more than $25 dollars on. The complimentary breakfast was beyond poor quality and not worth it. Pool is good, and the pool room with the slot machines is a nice addition. Get what you pay for, so overall can’t complain too much.

We arrived at the lobby at 4:40 so we could get the 4:45 shuttle to the airport. The girl at the front desk asked what time our flight left and I told her 7 so she said that we could wait until 5:15 for the shuttle. Other people arrived just after us and had to wait as well. Meanwhile the driver and the girl at the counter stood around talking to each other. The shuttle didn’t leave until 5:25 so by the time we got to the airport we didn’t have time to get breakfast due to the lines at check in and security. I was not impressed at all sitting and waiting to go to the airport for almost 45 minutes while the driver was chitchatting with the front desk girl.

This hotel is HORRIBLE for shuttles. The past three times my husband and I arrived from our trip we waited over an hour each time for a shuttle to pick up up, calling multiple times and the hotel would tell us it should be there any minute. Absolutely ridiculous that the holiday in shuttle was there multiple times over and over while we just sat and waited

The rooms are standard hotel rooms very dated. Food in restaurant was delicious. Bathroom very small and vey old tiles etc.
Could not hook up tv to you tube if you want to you need your own cables to hook up they do not have them. Really need to upgrade tvs

Our room was extremely hot 76 when we checked in at 1/30am (because of a late flight). The sheets on 2 beds were soiled. The kids wrapped themselves in blankets so not to sleep on the sheets. The bathroom needs a deep clean. We had a housekeeper walk into our room around 9:30am as we were getting ready for the day
We did have a reservation for next week the night before our flight back…needless to say we have cancelled that !

Had to wait in cold at airport for 45 minutes for transport back to hotel Inly arrived after several phone calls requesting transport. Facilities are very dated but clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay while travelling as it’s close to the airport and free parking. Lots of nice renovations and the restaurant was great !
