It was a great stay. The room was clean, a bit dated, and comfortable, guest laundry facilities were very cheap, restaurant menu is decent, friendly staff and reasonable prices. The location is close to shopping and is a close walk to the brewery 😊.

The hotel and the surrounding areas are under development. The city has amazing views but there hasn't been any development in the area. With proper planning developments, the city can be a tourist destination while respecting its residents and aboriginal culture. The hotel room doesn't have A/C or a fan in the bathroom.

Lack of housekeeping. One bed had stain on top sheet. Asked them to change sheet next day and they did not. Theu just made the bed

Our room had human and pet hair all over the pillows, sheets and bed cover. There was a layer of dust over the coffee maker, and a giant spider in the washroom. They did move us to another room, which was free of pet hair, but just as dusty. The front desk staff was friendly though. No toiletries in the washroom, towels left a layer of fuzz all over our bodies.
