The place was clean quiet and great staff but the view fro Our room was not expected first night view was of cars that had been in serious accidents second view was of a homeless camp. Than someone forgot to turn off the tap in the pool and the whole area was flooded! Travel is interesting!

Fire alarm went off at 11:00 pm. (No fire it turned out) The back stairs exit was so well built with easy to hold guard rails descending floor after floor. Elderly people were half asleep but the safety features of the guard rails on both sides meant everyone got out safely. False alarm but I was very impressed with this safety feature ! Restaurant food very good and staff very cheerful and helpful. Food was not warm enough at breakfast buffet—lukewarm eggs and lukewarm oatmeal—but that was minor in comparison with the excellent staff and safety features.

Very nice, comfortable room. Very nice bed, clean, well appointed. Nice, friendly staff. Excellent shuttle service to YYC. Nice dining options, good food, with reasonable pricing for a hotel.

Just a great stay with no issues at all.

The check-in staff were great. They were friendly, professional, and accomodating. The hotel furnishings and decor etc. are nice and modern looking. One of the rooms we booked smelled strongly of cologne which was off-putting. Beds and bathroom were clean and well-stocked. The hot tub wasn't working, which was a disappointment. The pool was nice and warm thankfully. Breakfast was a let down due to not enough kitchen staff to keep up with the orders, so the buffet wasn't restocked. It wasn't a breakfast I would choose to pay extra for in the future. I've had much better buffet breakfast, with many more options, which has been included in the price of the room at other hotels in the area. The restaurant staff were polite and tried their best despite the lack of kitchen staff. Overall I would return, but I would call ahead to ensure all of the facilities were functional first. I would also skip paying extra for the buffet, and simply go somewhere else to eat.

Ok for an overnight. Not much to do. Chops is great restaurant.
