Loved the cleanliness. The bathroom was lovely with nice toiletries provided - refillable rather than mini versions. The restaurant was convenient, clean with good food options. Complimentary cooked buffet breakfast a bonus.

I liked that they had free bike rentals, it was too bad they only had 2 bikes which we barely fit, but they were useable.
I was disappointed that the pool was unavailable during our stay.

The lobby was clean. The staff was night all the way around. The elevator was dirty..needed to be vacummed. The bathroom sink was cracked and a bit dirty because of that. There was a gouge in the wall that was noticeable that needed repair.

The room is spacious and great and clean. The complimentary breakfast is great. However we feel a bit uncomfortable when the homeless people came into the hotel freely. They should just allow the guests who have key cards to come in. Moreover the front desk staff sometimes were staying in the office and nobody is supervising the front desk. Anyone can just go up to the elevator without having to scan the key card. One morning there was a drunk guy came into our next door room at 11 am and he was trying to open our connecting door and asked us to join him drink. It was scary. Good that we have locked our door. The security needs to be improved to ensure guests feel safe and secure in the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

All staff interaction was really good. Friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was really good! The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't any options for decaf tea as I can not drink caffeine. other than that, everything was great!

This property was nothing like it was advertised. You can’t even get in the front door without addicts approaching you. The parking lot was unsafe and I didn’t feel comfortable having my kids with me. Felt extremely uncomfortable. We canceled and went elsewhere
