Nicely renovated rooms. Conveniently located in downtown area.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were attending a wedding so did not have an opportunity to check out the restaurant.

All good — building showing it’s age in some respects (elevator advertising, bathroom counter and tub shower) but mostly well maintained and comfortable.

beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows. service very friendly, and prices in the canteen by the desk was reasonable.

I recently stayed at this hotel again, having had a positive experience during a previous visit. Unfortunately, this time was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room right next to the elevator without any prior communication. The room had clearly just been renovated and had a very strong, unpleasant odor, which made it difficult to stay comfortably. In addition, it was a connecting room, and I could clearly hear the guests in the next room talking and moving around, which seriously disrupted my rest. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water, which I would expect as a basic amenity in this category of hotel. As a returning guest, I had certain expectations based on my past stay, but this experience fell far short. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be choosing this hotel again in the future.

Was in town for a concert at TCU so this is a great spot to stay, literally across the street from it. No complaints at all, room was nice and hotel wasn't overly loud (the usual sounds of the city but the hotel itself was pretty quiet). Parking and breakfast are not a part of the rate but there is pay parking right beside it with tons of room - I arrived late afternoon and had no problem finding a spot close to the hotel. As well there is a restaurant onsite and breakfast was a reasonable price (ordered off the menu but there is also a breakfast buffet). Even got upgraded for free! Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We arrived just after 2pm and had booked a one bedroom suite. Wasn’t ready but then check in did start at three.. however room wasn’t ready until close to 3;30pm Checking in to find room very subpar.. they said it was renovated.. but flooring looked like cheap vinyl plastic.. furniture decrepid and mismatched decor, chipped furniture, just lacking in anything remotely feeling upscale as Hilton brand usually provides. While we sat there waiting for a friend to arrive.. then the noise.. pounding and banging. .. seems renovations were happening on the floor above. We asked to change rooms and they accomdodated.. moved to a higher floor where in fact the rooms WERE renovated… much better furniture and finishes.. still.. oookay. Beds and linens ok.. Would we stay again? .. no This is NOT an upscale hotel. If we wanted to stay at Super 8 and pay those prices we would have.. and not expected anything at all. Staff were good and pleasant as could be.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hallways, elevators, lobby etc. were also very clean and updated. The staff were cordial and helpful. Parking was super easy and convenient. Plenty of linens and toiletries provided. It was definitely value for money and I would stay again. The only gripe I had (and it’s small) was that the pool could have used a clean. The tile area around the hot tub was a wee bit grimy. But I still enjoyed it all weekend so it couldn’t have been toooooo bad haha.

Checkin was terrible , it’s like the girl was hearing dyslexic, asked away from elevators and not near vending machines , well she could not have gotten me closer to either, phoned down asked to change rooms said she would look then hung up on me , I’ll give her the benefit of doubt but then lied and told me she’d call me back . You need a key card to get in which I understand for the area, but a questionable looking guy snuck in behind us before the doors closed and then tried to enter the elevator we were on, which I didn’t allow , what the desk guy did after we were gone I do not know

We had a newly renovated room, small but very nice. Very soft bed which was a problem for us.

The rooms were really nicely renovated, spacious and clean. The front desk staff went above and beyond at check in, as I accidently booked the wrong date and they were able to accommodate me. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the lady that helped me (I know her name started with an R) but I appreciated her time and help to get us in a room, even though it was my error.

Great front desk staff and great housekeeping staff. Location right by my conference so all good. Lobby furniture needs upgrades soon.
