We are frequent customers at this Hilton location.
Exceptional front desk staff and service. We had two rooms and got a complimentary room upgrade by Ege to be able to have connecting rooms.
Hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good.
First class gym with full high end equipment.
Indoor pool was closed for maintenance so we did not get to experience it on this trip.
All in all excellent!

It was clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Pool was out of service when we were staying. This was our main reasons for choosing this hotel so that our children would have a pool

The waterslide was a hit. And staff was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly if we needed extra towels, etc. very impressed.

Due to the time we arrived/left we were unable to access the games room and movie room so could not rate those. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance but the outdoor pool was available so we enjoyed that.

Would not stay here again. The night was so loud between the highway right outside and the seemingly not sound proof walls. We could hear cars and the people above us and beside us all night. For how expensive the room was, you’d think something would be included but parking was an extra $20 per night per car and they must have thought their breakfast was the Keg quality by charging $30 per person.

The upsell and unforseen costs that were not exhibited in the initial reservation. When I booked it stated "INCLUDES ALL TAXES AND FEES" and at check in I found that not to be true as I havestayed at This Hilton numerous times and not have incurred extra costs on top of stay price I also never stayed in t h e North Tower before and its a BIG difference from staying in the South Tower. Love The hotel and closeness to the expressway
