We stayed 2 nights Saturday to Monday. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools for kids on Saturday but didn't like the water slide hours on Sundays 10am-2pm and during the week 4-9pm only.

Property is nice and pools and slides a big hit! Unfortunately pool and slide closed but staff was very nice about it. Beds could be better and room cleaner but overall fine.

The breakfast buffet wasn't good. It was just okay. They charge money for the water in the room and for the entire hotel, they just have one water fountain near the front desk. In the peak summer, charging money for water after paying so much for the hotel seems cheap behavior.

The check-in was friendly however the staff failed to share important information regarding hotel amenities( pool , fitness club etc) or to communicate the breakfast hour and location, the direction to the elevator or room floor.

Indoor pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Steam room not working. On elevator received an emergency notification and had to get off. A little disappointing but room was excellent and breakfast superb!

Disappointed the indoor pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance without any notice. Hotel was overrun with kids sporting groups that took over the main areas like the pool and park cnic areas. Loud at night with unsupervised kids running halls
