Will definitely be back! Clean rooms, extremely helpful staff, mall around the corner, and lots of food options. Only complaint is parking is tight and can be backed up with the mall parking in the same building.

We love staying at the hotel and always stay in lounge suite. This trip we were missing housecoats and the blanket for the sofa bed. Had to have housekeeping come twice.

Front desk guy was rude. I had to go get husband from car to check in. Never told us we had to pay for parking( my husband stays every year and has never paid) hot tubs were cold. When asked he said oh well
