The location can't be beat and it is clean and safe. But for a 4-star "Hilton" hotel, I expected more. The carpet in the room was unravelling in places, the ceiling and walls were in a state of disrepair, and the $42 breakfast buffet served lukewarm sausages and eggs. I wasn't even able to have the room I reserved and had to settle for something different. Definitely not the experience I was expecting and won't be coming back.

I love the Hilton but my bed was made with a flat sheet on the bottom which resulted in a terrible sleep and the room was not as clean as usual. I love Whistler though!

Overall, my experience with staying at the Hilton was subpar. I had higher expectations but that’s ok. The hot tub was not hot, it was dirty, the jets did not work. Our room is in dire need of renovations. The carpet had some damage, the bathroom had lousy patches. Even the hallway leading up to our room had cracks on the walls, crown molding and wall paper coming off the wall. I think we were staying the original rooms from the time it was built!?! Overall, I’m not very impressed with the hotel considering the expensive self parking and extra fees.
