Holiday Inn Express & Suites TERRACE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I got in late and the hotel was very accommodating of helping receive a rental car for me as the rental place was closed. Staff was friendly and courteous. Great location just minutes from the airport and terrace.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Pool is nice and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Staff was awesome, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were not kept up. they had a sign saying daily refresh with a full clean after 5 days. That would have been fine for us, but we had to keep asking for things as it wasn't done properly. For example we asked for the garbage to be taken out, when we came back to the room we had fresh towels and overflowing garbage. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. Not the end of the world but could have been a bit better.

We liked the cleanliness of the room, the pool, gym and the breakfast. Overall, was a great stay and would choose to stay there again.

Love this place in the past, however if your room is above the back doors by the elevator when the door closes it shake the whole room and is like a 8/9 out of 10 for waking you right out of sleep. Bed frames are sqeeking just breathing on them, everythjng else was great, but not being able to sleep bc of the doors really was terrible

A restaurant would be nice and if you advertise airport shuttle it should be for the early flights as well

Comfortable rooms

This was my 14th or 15th stay here, as I come to Terrace often for business. This has usually been my go-to hotel, however over the past few years it is beginning to show signs of a lack of upkeep. Frayed and torn blackout blinds, wall fixtures coming loose, some of the USB ports not working, little details that become noticeable over time. A little bit of attention to these details would bring everything right back up to snuff! Notably, the in-room television system is woefully out of date. In an age where many hotels allow you to log into your streaming services directly on their TVs, this hotel just has a few basic cable channels. If you have a Roku or Chromecast, at least there are HDMI ports so that you can plug your own stuff in. There are a couple of more recently constructed hotels in terrace, and I will probably be giving them a try the next time I'm in town. The breakfast buffet is still as good as ever. The pancake machine is always a hit.

Good as always from the time it was built

Could use better breakfast. Hashbrowns tasted like cardboard and we've stayed multiple times and its never any better. Comfort in is cheaper and better breakfasts. We only came for the pool
