Arrived around 1:40 a.m. Front desk staff was efficient to get people their rooms given the late hour.

Computers systems down. Couldn’t check in. Had to go for supper without freshening up after long travel hours and wait to see if we if we could check in at all. Once in the room, the room STUNK of dirty feet. Dirty carpet? Disgusting

Good choice in Mississauga

It was extremely busy and noisy. A group of children ran into the exercise room screaming and jumping on equipment. Informed them they could not be in the exercise room without an adult/parent. Ignored me and continued screaming and running around. I spoke with front desk. Eventually parents came into exercise room and was able to resume workout. The hallway was noisy Thursday night with people speaking loudly after 2 a.m. There were beer cans in the hallway and stairway. 2nd night (Friday) not as brutal, but still extremely busy and loud. I would like to locate another hotel that would be quieter when paying for a place to stay. Staff were good.

Room was clean, towels clean and fresh, good brend of toiletries (shampoo and such), bathroom equipment is pretty new.

Liked everything

My wife (wheelchair user) and I stayed there for 3 days. We got an accessible roll-in shower room. It was very disappointing. The room was on the second floor at the very end of the hallway. People with disabilities should not have to walk (roll) all the way to the end of the hotel. Other than the tiny shower having a folding bench, the room was in no way accessible. The room was so small, it was impossible for my wife to go anywhere other than from the bed to the washroom. Doors were regular sizes. Sink was too high to accomodate a wheelchair user. Walls are so thin, we could hear anything the people in the next room said. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with accessibility needs.

Stuff are very friendly, very clean and the bed comfortable

Hotel had many hockey teams staying there and they were very disrespectful. Very loud to all hours of the night and banging on my door at 2 in the morning. Not good. Very disappointed.

All was good, only thing that would have made it better is if breakfast started earlier -- early flight it would have been nice to at least grab a muffin or something

The hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing. The stay was close to airport great hotel.

The pool was in operation as it was being renovated. The TV didn't work for the news we wanted . They said the weather affected it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus driver on the way to the hotel was extrememly helpful and courteous. The other was pleasant but not very knowlegable

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We liked how quiet it was and the fact we had free parking and great shuttle service to and from the airport made our travel plans that much easier. There was plenty of food choices at the breakfast room and its a great option to have this with your stay. We always choose a hotel that has this available. The only frustrating part we encountered, was upon our first night arrival; I messaged the hotel directly to ask about parking availability, and was told they were full. We got there, was told to do "park and fly"! That wasn't the case as we looked and there was 15 spots available upon check-in. So the fact we were provided with this made me a little apprehensive. Overall, we will book here again in the future!

Very good place to stay when coming up from the Caribbean and heading to the west coast. Beats arriving in Calgary or Vancouver at 1am

We recently came down from Sudbury a day early to catch a flight, due to the bad weather up our way. This was a perfect hotel for our needs.
