This Holiday Inn was top notch. I’m not sure if our room was upgraded, but with the fireplace in the center, it was easily one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and while the parking was a bit tight, it didn’t take away from a great experience.

My husband said we were charged 6$ for parking. When trying to unload belongings from our car we had to manoeuvre around vehicles parked in front of the steps to get into the hotel. Not good.

I was given a key to the room and when I opened the room there was another guest in the room. I had to go back to the reception with my family and waited there for the staff to figure out and find another room.

Every staff member was very nice and kind. The space is lovely and super clean. The pool and courtyard were above and beyond. A wonderful spot to stay.

The hotel was comfortable overall, and the breakfast was decent. As a Middle Eastern guest, I felt there were moments where my interactions with staff seemed noticeably different from those of local guests. Some exchanges came across as less courteous than expected. During checkout, I was initially overcharged. While the issue was resolved after I pointed it out, it would have been appreciated if staff had acknowledged the mistake with a brief apology. These aspects left me with mixed feelings about the stay.
