The hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning servoce staff was very friendly and attentive. Check in was easy. Parking was secure but very tight in the parking garage. Maneuvering around in the parking garage requires mad skill and im thankful my husband was the one navigating parking. Breakfast was great and well stocked.

The beds were comfortable, the parking was in a garage under the building and vehicle can not be taller than 6’1”.
The breakfast was good, except for serving baked beans for breakfast…strange.
The day we left….2/3 elevators were out of operation—took forever to leave the hotel. Not the best location..saw homeless people near in the park and on corners.

Parking on site was good but expensive at $35 per day. Breakfast was basic but fine. Room was too humid despite air conditioning and had a stale/musky smell which never went away. Not ideal. The bed was really comfortable and the location were good but I wouldn’t stay here again. Lastly one of the photos showing a nice looking restaurant/bar are not of the hotel. Misleading for sure.

This area of downtown is a bit unsafe. The hotel was clean and OK but overpriced for what it is. The only reason we stayed here was that everything else was overpriced and full due to the four nights of Coldplay being in town.

I’ve been in Blue Mountains many times and tried all the resorts, I never had complaints about any of them, but Mosaic is outstanding. Close to everything, but not too much. Clean. The staff is amazing. They provided us with all the information that we needed. We loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely return.

The hotel has a great location, but the stay was just okay. The room wasn’t very clean and the AC was extremely loud, at night it felt like sleeping next to a jet engine. Carpets were quite old and had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was fine.

Location is fantastic. Near to St Lawrence Market and easy to get around.
The hotel itself is functional but has a great, powerful shower and the bed is comfy.
The free breakfast is nothing special but hey, it’s free.
The service was really good.

We visited recently as a family with young kids. The hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is good. Bathrooms are stocked with Dove products and plenty of towels for our family.
The area is walking distance to Rogers Centre, the Aquarium, the Eaton Centre. There is a Tim Hortons just around the corner as well.
Underground parking was available ($25/night). Our electric car had prime parking spots close to the hotel elevator with L2 charging stations at a reasonable cost.
The only inconvenience was that they locked us out of our room 45 mins before check out which they quickly rectified.
We will be back to visit here.

about a 20 minute walk to Roger centre stayed in the hotel following a MLB game. Breakfast is good. Parking garage onsite. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Stayed with family and small child. There is a nice park a block over for the kids to play.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, any requests we had were filled withing 10 minutes, and the complimentary services were wonderful.
Check in and out were quick and very easy!

Enjoyed our 6 day stay at the hotel. Wanted to have option to walk all downtown. Breakfast was spot on with lots of choices from 0630-1030. Good brewed coffee all day. Staff was attentive, professional and helpful. Mini fridge, microwave and keurig brewer in room. Did not like the coffee whitener. Safe card tap access at main door in evening and into the night. TTC-metro stop on King Street and a 10 min walk back to hotel. Clean room, real comfortable beds and pillows. No problems getting extra towels from staff. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!!

Property was very clean. Staff were very pleasant. Was within good walking distance of most popular downtown attractions. Breakfast sitting area is too small as is the area where the breakfast is set out. You need to get there early to get a table. And there is not enough room at times to get food due to the small space.
