It was comfortable. We had a king room that felt a little cramped. The breakfast area was a little chaotic to navigate after 8am, but the selection was good. We appreciated the coffee bar and laundry.

3 night stay for a family trip. Hotel was fine reasonably close to tourist sights and mass transit. Breakfast was ok (hoped for a few more options) and room was a decent size (a little tight with luggage but manageable). Loved Marley (robot delivery) and not hotel related but highly recommend the Niagara Falls tour (used Queen tours 👍).

La stanza prenotata ha rispecchiato le aspettative: poco ampia, molto funzionale negli spazi e con buoni servizi. La reception pratica e veloce. La colazione continentale ha invece degli spazi di miglioramento: poca scelta e qualità da migliorare. Parcheggio molto comodo. Non da poco la posizione centrale dell'albergo: le principali attrattive a 25 minuti a piedi, per non parlare della fermata della metro a soli 5 minuti. Consigliato a tutti

Just home from a great family vacation. Hotel staff were fantastic. Anyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and breakfast was as expected. Hotel is fairly well located next to all the spots we wanted to see (Roger's Centre, Eaton Centre, CN Tower) and had a great market just down the street. Only downfall was that the neighborhood directly near the hotel wasn't ideal but would not prevent us from staying there again.

Spacious room and bathroom, some minor things could need some refurbishing. Hotel is conveniently located with lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. Public transport within walking distance. Breakfast service needs to be improved at least on weekends. Fruits weren’t refilled even 45 mins prior to closing time. Good variety of food but often missing supply.

We stayed Labor Day weekend, and arrived pretty late for check in. From the minute we arrived, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was extremely convenient to attractions we wanted to visit, including St. Lawrence Market and the Hockey Hall of Fame. If you’re in the area, stop looking and book this property. You won’t be disappointed.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The area was exactly the same distance between two subway stations and .5km to Eaton centre. Many bus/streetcar options nearby. Close to St Lawrence market, Distillery district, as scotiabank arena and The Rogers centre (all short/cheap Uber rides) Didn’t feel unsafe in the area. There was always someone cleaning something when we came into the hotel.

The hotel room was very clean but it had a musty odour and the a/c was extremely loud and not working well. The hotel staff tried their best to solve the problem. A shout out to (Peter and Ravish) who were very helpful. The a/c was replaced but still very loud and the musty smell was still lingering. As for, the breakfast, the hotel was sold out therefore, very limited quantities. The hotel was overpriced and unfortunately, I would not book there again!
