I loved everything about the Holiday Inn. We registered with Ravesh at front desk and he was extremely helpful, welcoming, and charming. Housekeeping services were excellent and so is Jerome, the maintenance guy. Everyone was just helpful and on the ball all the time I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn if you’re planning on traveling to downtown Toronto. Breakfast was excellent as well. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you, Nahed & Anthony

Good location, close to the shopping streets but still quiet. The cleaning on the 15th floor, where we stayed, was excellent and the staff was nice. Good that breakfast was included but the selection there was not that extensive; there were few healthy options and it was sometimes difficult to get a seat. We stayed at the hotel in early August when the weather was very hot. However, the AC in the room was very effective so the indoor climate was pleasant. We would happily recommend this hotel.

We were never informed we were in a bedroom suite sharing a bathroom with not one but multiple couples. They said they would refund our $$ but never did and won’t answer phone, text or emails so I turned them in for fraud to my credit card company

Alles snel en goed geregeld. Kamer netjes, schoon en ruim. Parkeergarage onder het hotel. Hier kunnen ook electrische auto's gtladen worden. Ontbijt buffet heeft wel ruimte voor verbetering. Zo zijn er kartonnen bordjes met plastic bestek. De keuze is beperkt. Ook is er wat fruit, en yoghurt in kleine verpakking. Brood is bagels en toasted brood. Beleg is er niet (geen kaas, ham of worst). Wel zijn er wat worstjes en scrambled eggs.

Hôtel bien dans l’ensemble . Quartier un peu vieux autour de l’hôtel et pas beaucoup de restaurants , on doit se déplacer. Quand même tout à 30 min de marche. Centre Rogers , tour du CN etc… Personnel d’étage très dévoué et excellent service de la part cette dame.

All in all it was a good hotel. Clean, helpful, friendly staff, great location. The breakfast was the down side. I did also see a creepy crawly bug at breakfast on the floor. Which I am sure was not the norm. Nonetheless, it left an impression. For an amazing bfast, I found, Cora restaurant about a 7-10 min walk from Holiday Inn Express.
