We had an amazing stay! Everything was so clean, the suite is beautiful and the bed was so comfortable! They had a crib for my son, East Side Mario's in the hotel, and a really nice pool we got to enjoy before we checked out. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the pool and the location was convenient and close to the airport and many restaurants. It was also close to the downtown area. Staff were friendly and we would return again.

Online said $0 deposit to stay then when I got to the property to check in I got hit with a $300 deposit. Outrageous. If I could afford to be charged a last minute cancellation fee I would’ve cancelled right there and went elsewhere. Will not be back.

Dog poop on pool deck staff look and walked past called him back to clean it he was uniform staff not pool staff . Room carpets were filthy feet were brownish colour after shower from walking on carpet no socks on . Front desk never answers calls and got picked in elevator at one point unreal and I had to pay to stay here never again !!!!

This was during a rain/windstorm. Room had a balcony, the balcony door leaked. it was very loud wind noise and with the dripping it didn't provide a restful sleep. Pool was nice. My kid liked the waterslides...

We booked a night, to enjoy the waterslides and pool with our kids. There room was exactly as advertised, and so was the pool amd slides. The only thing they didnt offer was room service, and that wasnt a deal breaker for us.

Bathroom is so tiny you can barely change into clothes, no hooks on door or wall to hang up clothes when you come out of shower. Told housekeeping not to clean room but we needed clean face clothes, she did not bring us any. Had to phone the front desk from the pool area to get some towels, the worker showed up with 6 towels and they were all taken when he came in because the pool was really busy. Had to call again for more towels, he came back with a small arm load, and I managed to get 3 towels for the 4 of us. Balcony had garbage on it. Free water in Lobby was always empty so we couldn’t fill our cups. Fridge in room was turned up high but was barely cold enough to keep our drinks cool.
