Noise from renovations early in the morning even though they said it wouldn’t start until 10 am. and from noisy kids in hallways and above us until 1:30 am. Phone in room did not work.

First time staying at this hotel . The young guy at the check in desk was awesome. Friendly and super helpful. Will definitely be stay here again .

I stayed one night before flying back to Ontario and it was ok. I remember it from my childhood but it’s been updated quite a bit. The pool area was really nice and much better than at the Sandman hotel I stayed in for the first 4 nights of my trip. I arrived at night and saw some ‘questionable’ people hanging around the outside which made me nervous. The room was modern and updated. The beds were very comfortable with high end bedding and the room came with a fridge and Keurig. Those were nice touches. However the air conditioner unit was noisy and I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Overall my stay was pleasant and worth the value.

I had a good stay as in whole! But if you’re looking for multiple dining options and downtown accessibility then it’s little far from downtown! With uphill downhill concepts, by walking it takes too much time! By car, cab services it’s good! I liked the restaurant with bar they have with the hotel, multiple options for breakfast, I only took breakfasts there! Those portions are good for a full day going out and enjoy! Another thing I like the calmness around the neighbourhood, though downtown also not that noisy, but the hotel place is too calm for a peaceful stay!! Not for party people, so I liked it!

Price was reasonable. Location was good. Included breakfast was good and convenient. Hotel staff all friendly. The room was slightly tired looking with two sad paper cups the only cups. No glasses whatsoever for water or other drinks. Paper tissue dispenser was empty after one tissue removed. Noisy children running in corridor late evening.

I had left my phone in the room and didn't discover it until i was at the airport. They brought it out to me. They definitely went above and beyond gor for my entire visit. Excellent service

It was good. We booked it because it was close to airport. Wasn’t too happy that the cabs were parked a short distance away and we had to walk to them, but all in all it was a good place to stay.

This property is undergoing renovations, which I understand is essential, but informing guests who are sleeping directly underneath is not too much to ask. Housekeeping was lacking and many of the door openers for accessibility don’t work.

It was ok Room very worn out, bathroom had a previous leak issue so shower was just mudded not finished and painted Room had no chair to sit in Staff were very nice

Nice room but there were small flies sometimes in the room. Staff are aware.

Close to the St John's airport. Breakfast package was well worth the minimal cost.
