Although we were at the end of the hall, there was zero noise from the hotel, street or parking. They have a nice garden area for relaxing, and everything is a short walk.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of town, close to everything. Our room was a corner room, very spacious, with all the amenities you need.
Across the street to the main lobby, restaurant and bar, the service was fast and the atmosphere quite wonderful. Highly recommend.

This hotel was located in a number of charmingly re-purposed old Dawson buildings. It had a lovely shaded garden with tables, where we enjoyed a picnic.
The room I had included a bathroom with grab bars in the tub/shower, a feature that I think should be included in all hotel rooms given the average age of travelers. The main building had good, graspable, handrails on the stairs coming in. Other exterior stairs had signs noting that they could be slippery. Especially if they can be slippery, they need to have handrails that are graspable (round or oval; max 2" diameter) so that they can actually be used to prevent or arrest falls.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all friendly and great at their jobs.
The only real issue with the hotel is the rooms get unbearably hot and there is no air conditioning. It was very hard to sleep due to the heat. I loved the look of the hotel and the rooms were lovely, but I would not stay here again.

The worst accommodation stay in a long time. No air conditioner available. A poorly working fan was in the room. The air purifier must have needed it's filters changed. With the smoke, we could not open the windows. No fridge in room, no hair dryer in room. Had to ask staff to bring.
Wait staff at breakfast was so slow, we ate elsewhere during our stay.
I would have expected better for the price and being a huge American company.

This was a beautiful hotel in Dawson City. It didn't have air conditioning. They did have two fans in the room, but it didn't make much of a difference.

Rooms nicely cleaned. Hallways, stairwells etc. showing a bit of wear and tear. While only 2 floors, with bad knees I found them fairly steep.

Very colourful property divided into several different buildings. Internet was very spotty and we also experienced a power outage while there but that wasn’t the hotels fault as it affected more than the hotel.

Quite a nice hotel. Generally keeps up with the aura and culture of the city (great!) but excellent modern comforts. Could use an elevator for the aging seniors but still very doable. Easily return here many times again
