Could use a few hooks or shelves in the pool area. Patrons pile their stuff on the 4 chairs then there is no place to sit.

I can’t say enough good about this accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. The staff made an extra effort for me when unable to reach my husband from my hospital bed. Thank you so much! There were plenty of plug in parking spots and restaurants within walking distance. Very tastefully decorated for Valentines Day too!

Stayed here a few times for kids dr. Appointments, easy location to get to. Nice clean place. Pool needs work, the whole room is scummy. The pool needed cleaning and the floor was that rubber grip which isn’t sealed well along the edges and was in the bottom of the pool. We don’t go for the pool.

Great hotel my my only issue was being in a room right across the elevator which got noisy. Apart from that it was perfect.

The pool and waterslide, the reason we picked here mostly, was a huge disappointment. The chlorine was so strong, hard to breath and burned your eyes while sitting around, the water wasn’t clear. No towels available. A true disappointment for us with our granddaughter on a mini get away.

I would not stay here again as the staff was told we wanted out room clean once in the evening and then next morning with my wife and still was not cleaned . I had to chance sheets my self and throw out garbage. But I was fine with that …. But I payed good money for service and I did not get it .

The pool and rooms were great! The kitchenette was a feature every hotel should have! My only complaint was cleanliness and organization for example at breakfast half the tables were missing chairs. The rooms were clean but there was spots overlooked that affected the clean feel, for example food splatter on the backsplash or when you stepped out of the shower you could see behind the toilet hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise it was great!

1st room smelled of smoke so they moved us. Second room was fine a bit worn out . Tub looks dirty. Pool water was full of chlorine and very cloudy. No towels at the pool but were happy to get some

Checked in to the hotel, came up to our room and we could smell sewer in the hallway a bit and then our room after being in it for literally 5 minutes maybe. Phoned tbe front, no answer so went down to the desk and told them what was wrong, shortly after the housekeeper came and gave the bathroom a quick clean. But still smelt something after that. As they checked the smell thw housekeeper made us aware that its been like that for a few days on our floor or by our room. Someone messaged asking how our room was, and told them our room was good aside from the smell and didnt hesr back from them after that. No apologies or anything from the front desk or manager.

The hotel was nice, and it was great having a little kitchenette in the room. Pool was small, but wasn’t busy when we used it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Compared to other stays in Saskatoon it was comparable, but the cost was much higher.
