Interesting team

The pool does not look like the online pictures, there were no fountains and the waterslide was broken the day we checked out. The breakfast area didn't have enough seating so we took our food up to our room. It was a little below average for a continental breakfast just because they had less options than other hotels I've stayed at. My room wasn't very clean. There was a hair on the toilet, food left in the fridge from a previous guest and the sheets on one bed were dirty or stained.

Pool area was very very run down. Pool towels were totally worn out and had to keep asking for more. Room was not clean. Carpets stained. Air conditioning could not keep up.

Easy to get to. Convenient to the location of a family wedding we were attending.

Room-to-room noise. Floor-to-floor noise. Overall quite noisy. However it is a family hotel with pool, so noise is to be expected. Would definitely opt for a top floor if I stay again. Plus, $25 fee to check-in early is a bit of a money-grab in my opinion.

Great stay. Everything was clean and safe area. Only downfall was room cards need to be reactivated daily, especially for external doors.

The room smelled like sewer all the time as the bathroom ventilation was bringing smells from other bathrooms in to our room. The breakfast was horrible.

No house keeping service for 4nights, I have to go downstairs to find someone to refill stuff,

We have stayed here many times. This was the only time we didn’t have a great night. The beds in our room were completely bagged out, so bad you could see an indent in the one side.

The waterslide wasn’t working, which was the reason we booked at the property. Kids were very disappointed. Otherwise great hotel, comfy beds.

Easy to get to, kids loved the pool

Excellent stay, usually too expensive so I often find other accommodations at a better price.

Air conditioner was very loud had a hard time sleeping. No towels in the pool so walked back to the room wet 👎 check in was very rude Won’t stay there again

Very nice room, quite clean. Easy checking and checkout. Area was safe and had nice restaurants nearby

My selection of room was great….front desk staff were very helpful…think when I pass through again this will be my future layover each time..

Everything for us was great.

Accessible to major routes

First, it was clean and staff were accommodating. But our room was near Employees Only service room... that and bathroom pipes were noisy (though not so much at night). And need signage on cement curbs out front.
