Stayed for a business trip. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Loved the express check in and express checkout. Very smooth and absolutely preferred when arriving late and in and out a lot. Would definitely stay again with our whole family.

The hotel was very clean. Right from check in to checkout, the staff were very helpful and kind. Lots of things around to get groceries and a Shoppers for the items we forgot.

The pool does not look like the online pictures, there were no fountains and the waterslide was broken the day we checked out. The breakfast area didn't have enough seating so we took our food up to our room. It was a little below average for a continental breakfast just because they had less options than other hotels I've stayed at. My room wasn't very clean. There was a hair on the toilet, food left in the fridge from a previous guest and the sheets on one bed were dirty or stained.

Pool area was very very run down. Pool towels were totally worn out and had to keep asking for more. Room was not clean. Carpets stained. Air conditioning could not keep up.
