The indoor pool and hot tub area is conveniently located just behind the front desk. It was amazing. We will be staying here on the way back to Ontario from Nova Sxotia for sure!

Being greeted by a « boil water » then being given cold water bottle, very nice.
The pool area was great, pool and hot tub amazing.
Breakfast was ok, not many gluten free options.

The room was clean and spacious however faced the highway which was very noisy. We were on the first floor, the room above sounded like it was occupied by elephants. The room only had 2 towels despite being booked for 4 people. We were charged an extra $40.00 for our dog on checkout. We booked through Expedia and were advised Expedia should have told us about extra fee at property. The pool and hot tub were full of families with young children. It would be nice if the last hour was adult only. The breakfast was very basic and the attendants were not very friendly. It wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The swimming pool and hot tub were amazing. The sauna was a bonus. The breakfast had hot food, but not great. Very busy and had to wait for food and coffee to be replenished. But overall a great place to stay

Room was very good and clean. But sports team arrived on second day and it completely ruined our stay. Kids were screaming in lobby, playing and yelling in the hot tub and pool, and they were running in on our floor hallway none stop in the evening and we could hear their voices through our door in the room. This went on all afternoon and well into the evening. We had to go outside for a walk just to escape the noise. We came here because the rooms are advertised as soundproof, so this hotel is not for us.

The room was good but it smelled really stale upon entry. The toilet seat seemed like some type of chemical had been used on it, and the plastic seemed to have dissolved slightly; it needs to be replaced.

There were two barking dogs in the room next to ours. The staff did nothing to help and were not empowered to take any action to assist us. Not even empathy. The bed was extremely hard.

We spent a day in Quebec city on our way home. This hotel was close enough to Old Quebec that we toured during the day and just hopped on the ferry to get to the hotel. Price point was much better AND was able to hop on the highway in no time to complete our trip.
