Our stay was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel to families. A few more breakfast options, such as fruit or non-dairy milk would be helpful for people with food sensitivities, but other than that it was perfect! This kids enjoyed the beautiful pool area, the hotel was clean, staff were helpful. Zero complaints! We booked an extra night and stayed for 4 because we didn't want to leave.

Great price for a clean and what feels like a new hotel. Really comfortable beds and don't worry about the proximity of the highway. You won't hear anything.

Our room key kept being deactivated by hotel staff. On day 3 finally got a response “sorry, someone is not reading the computer
Room was dirty with someone else’s dirty clothes left behind under the chair.
I cleaned it anyways and it was late so we stayed but would not recommend for families unless the pool can make up for everything else.
Also there is no housekeeping but 4 tip envelopes laid around the room.

Ce n'était pas la première fois de séjourner à cet hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix, je ne savais pas que c'était la dernière fin de semaine du Festival d'Été du Québec FEQ et j'était chanceux de pouvoir réservé une chambre avec déjeuner inclut. J'étais accueilli en anglais sans sourire, même si je réponds en français à deux reprises. On nous a donné la chambre au 4e étage, de taille acceptable, qui donne la vue sur l'autoroute 20. Décor des années 80 ne me dérange pas tant que tout est propre et malgré la couleur de peinture diluée. Malheureusement les 2 connexions USB n'est pas fonctionnel et je n'arrive pas à recharger mon cellulaire. On n'a pas eu le temps de profiter la piscine, toujours occupée par les enfants, mais j'apprécie les chants des oiseaux. Déjeuner standard sans plus mais raisonnable pour le prix. Check out rapide, en français avec sourire enfin.

We love the pool and restaurant area of this hotel! It feels like you’re at a resort somewhere. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Excellent hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, beans, toast, cereal, pastries and more. Rooms are ok - very plain but was all we needed for a quick one night stay.

Rooms were fine - comfortable but no character. Breakfast, especially the buttery croissants was great. Found it a very difficult place to get to in the dark (construction everywhere - not the hotel's fault!)
