The swimming pool and hot tub were amazing. The sauna was a bonus. The breakfast had hot food, but not great. Very busy and had to wait for food and coffee to be replenished. But overall a great place to stay

We spent a day in Quebec city on our way home. This hotel was close enough to Old Quebec that we toured during the day and just hopped on the ferry to get to the hotel. Price point was much better AND was able to hop on the highway in no time to complete our trip.

This is a go to hotel for us to stay on our annual trips down to PEI, friendly staff, clean quiet rooms great pool and hot tub and lots of great restaurants near by

Room was very good and clean. But sports team arrived on second day and it completely ruined our stay. Kids were screaming in lobby, playing and yelling in the hot tub and pool, and they were running in on our floor hallway none stop in the evening and we could hear their voices through our door in the room. This went on all afternoon and well into the evening. We had to go outside for a walk just to escape the noise. We came here because the rooms are advertised as soundproof, so this hotel is not for us.

The room was good but it smelled really stale upon entry. The toilet seat seemed like some type of chemical had been used on it, and the plastic seemed to have dissolved slightly; it needs to be replaced.

There were two barking dogs in the room next to ours. The staff did nothing to help and were not empowered to take any action to assist us. Not even empathy. The bed was extremely hard.

The property is old and tired looking. the electrical outlets on the desk did not work or the one by the bed. The mattress is in need of replacement it was very uncomfortable also there is no cleaning service if you stay longer then one night.

The room was very clean and was quiet. Prior to check-in, I had requested sheets and blankets for the pullout couch as we’rea family of 5. We had checked in a few days prior at the start of our vacation, and this was an issue. We had to ask for blankets and extra towels. By requesting beforehand when we returned, I thought we would have what we needed. Unfortunately not and again, we only had 2 large towels, not 5 as a family of five would require. My husband rated the breakfast as fair. Otherwise, the stay was fine. We would return again if the basics were regularly supplied.
