We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel L'Oie des Neiges. Everything met our expectations and we have no complaints. The tropical-style pool area was a highlight—though the pool water could have been warmer, the hot tub was very relaxing. Staff were bilingual, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even smoother. Breakfast offered the usual basics you’d expect from a hotel, and while it was satisfying overall, the coffee could have been better. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service and amenities.

The room was very large and very clean but the mattress was lumpy. You had to wiggle around to find a comfortable area to sleep. I told the front desk when we were leaving and they said they would look into it.
